Notification
General :
-Please bring your own PC for your presentation.
-Please contact the secretariat if you have any problems (malfunction of your PC, etc.).
Specification of projector :
-Aspect ratio can be either 16:9 or 4:3
-Connection to PC is via HDMI only. HDMI to USB-C(Thunderbolt3) conversion adapter is available for Mac users. Please bring your own adapter if you are using a PC with a display output other than the above.
-Please check the connection with your PC during breaks.
Oral presentation information
Duration:
-Presentation time is 15 minutes per person. 12 minutes for each presenter to finish presentation, and 3 minutes for discussion and presenter changes.
-Bell will ring three times during the presentation:
* First bell will ring after 10 minutes passed.
* Second bell will ring after 12 minutes to indicate the end of the talk.
* Third bell will ring after 14 minutes 30 seconds to indicate the end of the presentation.
Session Room Equipment :
-HDMI switch for PC switching.
-Hand microphone at the podium.
-No laser pointer. Please use mouse laser pointer.
Poster presentation information
Exhibition period:
-The poster will be displayed on both Sep.25th and 26th.
-Please display your posters on your own. Please put your poster at the specified board in the poster session room, after 10:15 a.m. on Sep. 25th.
-Pushpins will be available in the poster area for putting your posters.
-Posters must be removed by the end of the Closing Ceremony on Sep. 26th. Any posters remaining after that time will be discarded by the secretariat.
The poster presentation core time :
-The poster presentation core time is set to be from 13:30 to 14:40 on Sep. 26th.
The poster short presentation :
-The core time of poster short presentation is set to be from 11:35 to 12:05 on Sep. 26th.
-You have 3 minutes short presentation for your poster.
-You can make a presentation by using your own PC. Alternatively, only a speech is possible.
Panel size for Poster :
-Height 120cm, Width 180cm, landscape.

Please use "UJNREQ2024_abstract" in the subject line of your e-mail and send an e-mail to the 14th UJNR secretariat for meeting abstract submission.
An official language of the meeting is English. Title and abstract should be written in English.
Please prepare your abstract in the Microsoft Word format and submit it to the 14th UJNR secretariat by the deadline.
