Abstract of the 192th meeting of CCEP

 The 192th meeting of the Coordinating Committee for Earthquake Prediction (CCEP) was held at the Kanto Regional Survey Department of the GSI on August 22, 2011. At first, Observation data and research results about seismic activities and crustal deformations in Japan were reported and discussed. Moreover, "■Around Nankai trough and Nansei islands trench." as intensive discussion subject were discussed. Finally, purport of next intensive discussion subject "The 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake." was explained.
