Abstract of the 198th meeting of CCEP

 The 198th meeting of the Coordinating Committee for Earthquake Prediction(CCEP) was held at the Kanto Regional Survey Department of the GSI on February 18, 2013. Observation data and research results about seismic activities and crustal deformations in Japan were reported and discussed. Moreover, " Summary of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake. " as intensive discussion subject were discussed. Finally, purport of next intensive discussion subject "Earthquakes and tsunamis in Sea of Japan. " was explained.
